ADC2192

ADC2192 is a dual payload antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting Trop-2 (Tumor-associated calcium signal transducer 2), developed by Hangzhou Adcoris Biopharmacy. It is designed for the treatment of solid tumors and belongs to a new generation of ADCs that incorporate two cytotoxic payloads with different mechanisms of action to enhance antitumor efficacy. The drug works by binding to the Trop-2 antigen on tumor cells, leading to internalization and subsequent release of its cytotoxic agents inside the cell, resulting in targeted cell death.
