Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ADC2192 is a dual payload antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting Trop-2 (Tumor-associated calcium signal transducer 2), developed by Hangzhou Adcoris Biopharmacy. It is designed for the treatment of solid tumors and belongs to a new generation of ADCs that incorporate two cytotoxic payloads with different mechanisms of action to enhance antitumor efficacy. The drug works by binding to the Trop-2 antigen on tumor cells, leading to internalization and subsequent release of its cytotoxic agents inside the cell, resulting in targeted cell death. As of early 2025, ADC2192 remains in preclinical development[1][3][5].
