Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ADC2204 is a next-generation antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) that targets Nectin-4, a cell surface protein highly expressed in several solid tumors. It is being co-developed by Hangzhou Adcoris Biopharmacy and Lunan Pharmaceutical Group. Preclinical studies have shown that ADC2204 demonstrates superior safety, efficacy, and tolerability compared to the approved Nectin-4 targeting ADC enfortumab vedotin (PADCEV) in various cell-derived xenograft models. The drug is currently in preclinical development for the treatment of solid tumors.
