ADC2431 (also known as ACR431) is a first-in-class, immunomodulatory antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) being developed by Hangzhou Adcoris Biopharmaceuticals for the treatment of solid tumors and pan-cancer. The therapeutic targets an undisclosed novel antigen and is designed with an immunomodulatory mechanism of action. ADC2431 is currently in IND-enabling preclinical development, with an Investigational New Drug (IND) application submission planned for the second quarter of 2027.
