Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ADC2441 (also known as ACR442 or ADC2442) is a preclinical-stage, bispecific dual-payload antibody-drug conjugate (BsADC) designed to target both 5T4 (trophoblast glycoprotein) and Trop2 (tumor-associated calcium signal transducer 2). Developed by Adcoris in global strategic collaboration with K2 Therapeutics, ADC2441 is engineered to deliver two distinct cytotoxic payloads directly to tumor cells, aiming to enhance therapeutic efficacy and overcome resistance mechanisms in various solid tumors. Preclinical development is focused on solid tumors, including lung, breast, colorectal, pancreatic, and liver cancers, with an Investigational New Drug (IND) filing anticipated in late 2027.
