Overview

ADCE-T02 is a first-in-class antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting tissue factor (TF), a clinically validated target that is overexpressed in multiple solid tumors with high unmet medical need, including cervical cancer, head and neck cancer, colorectal cancer, non-small cell lung cancer, and pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma. ADCE-T02 features a unique monoclonal antibody design that minimizes impact on the coagulation pathway and utilizes a topoisomerase I inhibitor-based linker/payload (T1000-exatecan technology). This design aims to amplify the bystander effect, improve linker stability, and potentially overcome resistance mechanisms seen with other ADCs. The drug is being developed for advanced solid tumors in Australia and the US by Adcendo ApS under an exclusive global license from Multitude Therapeutics Inc., except for Greater China where Multitude retains rights[1][2][4][5].
