AdCLD-CoV19-1 VOC

AdCLD-CoV19-1 VOC is an adenovirus-based viral vector vaccine candidate developed by Cellid for the prevention of COVID-19 caused by SARS-CoV-2 variants of concern (VOC). The vaccine utilizes a replication-deficient adenovirus vector to deliver the genetic sequence of the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein derived from specific variants. By expressing the variant spike protein in host cells, the vaccine is designed to stimulate both humoral and cellular immune responses, including the production of neutralizing antibodies and T-cell activation. This candidate is part of Cellid's effort to address emerging viral mutations and is currently in the preclinical stage of development.
