ADCT-242

ADCT-242 is a preclinical exatecan-based antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) developed by ADC Therapeutics. It targets Claudin-6 (CLDN6), a tight junction protein selectively expressed in certain cancers. The drug consists of an anti-Claudin-6 monoclonal antibody linked to the cytotoxic payload exatecan, a topoisomerase I inhibitor. Preclinical studies have demonstrated that ADCT-242 exhibits potent antitumor activity in ovarian and non-small cell lung cancer models with CLDN6 expression, both as a single agent and in combination regimens.
