Overview

ADCTA-G is an individualized autologous dendritic cell-based tumor vaccine developed as an adjuvant immunotherapy for cancer, specifically glioblastoma multiforme. The therapy involves co-culturing autologous dendritic cells derived from a patient's peripheral blood mononuclear cells with irradiated autologous tumor cells to create a personalized vaccine designed to evoke a specific anti-tumor immune response. The treatment protocol typically consists of ten subcutaneous doses administered in the axillary or inguinal regions near lymph nodes over several months following surgery and standard therapy[1][3][4]. The primary goal is to enhance the patient’s immune system's ability to recognize and attack residual tumor cells after conventional treatments.
