Overview
ADCV01 is an autologous dendritic cell vaccine developed by Ever Supreme Bio-Technology for the treatment of primary glioblastoma multiforme (GBM). The therapy involves harvesting a patient's own monocytes, differentiating them into dendritic cells ex vivo, and pulsing them with tumor-associated antigens derived from the patient's own resected tumor lysate. Once re-administered to the patient, these mature dendritic cells present the tumor antigens to the immune system, specifically activating cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTLs) to recognize and eliminate residual glioma cells. It is currently being evaluated in Phase II clinical trials as an add-on treatment to the standard of care, which typically includes surgery followed by radiotherapy and temozolomide.
