Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Adebrelimab is a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1). Developed in China, it is designed to block the interaction between PD-L1 and its receptor PD-1, thereby inhibiting tumor immune evasion and reactivating T-cell mediated anti-tumor responses. Adebrelimab has demonstrated significant clinical benefit as a first-line treatment for extensive-stage small cell lung cancer (ES-SCLC) when combined with chemotherapy, showing improved overall survival and progression-free survival compared to chemotherapy alone. It is also being investigated in other solid tumors such as non-small cell lung cancer, hepatocellular carcinoma, and pancreatic cancer[2][5][6][8].
