adebrelimab + apatinib + stereotactic body radiotherapy is a combination therapeutic regimen being investigated for the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). The regimen consists of **adebrelimab** (also referred to as adbelimumab or SHR-1316), a humanized IgG4 monoclonal antibody that inhibits the Programmed cell death 1 ligand 1 (PD-L1); **apatinib** (YN968D1), a small molecule tyrosine kinase inhibitor that selectively targets Vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 2 (VEGFR2); and **stereotactic body radiotherapy** (SBRT). This combination is designed to leverage the synergistic effects of immune checkpoint inhibition, anti-angiogenesis, and localized radiation-induced immunogenic cell death. It is currently being evaluated in a Phase II investigator-initiated trial at Fujian Cancer Hospital as a perioperative and conversion therapy to improve surgical resectability and patient outcomes in HCC patients.
