Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Adebrelimab + docetaxel + oxaliplatin + S-1 (DOS) is a combination chemo-immunotherapy regimen being evaluated for the neoadjuvant treatment of resectable locally advanced gastric cancer. Adebrelimab is a humanized IgG4 monoclonal antibody that targets programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1), preventing its interaction with PD-1 and B7.1 receptors to restore anti-tumor T-cell activity. The DOS regimen consists of docetaxel (a microtubule stabilizer), oxaliplatin (a platinum-based DNA cross-linking agent), and S-1 (an oral fluoropyrimidine combination of tegafur, gimeracil, and oteracil). This combination is currently being investigated in a Phase II trial sponsored by Tang-Du Hospital to improve pathological complete response (pCR) rates and surgical outcomes in patients with advanced gastric cancer.
