Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Adebrelimab + DOS refers to the combination of adebrelimab with a platinum-etoposide chemotherapy doublet (commonly carboplatin or cisplatin plus etoposide), which is standard first-line therapy for extensive-stage small cell lung cancer (ES-SCLC). Adebrelimab is a recombinant humanized IgG4 monoclonal antibody that targets programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1), blocking its interaction with PD-1 and B7.1 receptors on T cells and antigen-presenting cells. This blockade enhances T-cell mediated immune responses against tumor cells. The addition of adebrelimab to platinum-etoposide chemotherapy has demonstrated improved overall survival and progression-free survival in ES-SCLC patients compared to chemotherapy alone[5][6][10]. Adebrelimab is developed by Jiangsu Hengrui Medicine and partners including Atridia.
