Drug intelligence / Profile preview
This therapeutic regimen is a precision medicine neoadjuvant strategy for patients with early-stage or locally advanced HR+/HER2- breast cancer, developed in the context of the SNF (Surface, Nucleus, Fibroblast) classification system. The regimen involves the selective addition of targeted agents to a chemotherapy backbone (weekly nab-paclitaxel followed by epirubicin and cyclophosphamide) based on the patient's specific SNF subtype. **Adebrelimab** is a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting PD-L1 to enhance anti-tumor immune responses. **Famitinib** is a multi-targeted tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) primarily inhibiting VEGFR2, PDGFR, and c-Kit. **Fluzoparib** is a PARP1/2 inhibitor that exploits DNA repair deficiencies. **Apatinib** is a selective small-molecule TKI targeting VEGFR2 to inhibit angiogenesis. In this Phase III trial, SNF2 subtype patients receive adebrelimab and famitinib, SNF3 patients receive fluzoparib, and SNF4 patients receive apatinib.
