Drug intelligence / Profile preview
This neoadjuvant treatment regimen is a four-drug combination therapy being evaluated for the treatment of potentially resectable biliary tract carcinoma. It consists of **adebrelimab**, a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting programmed cell death 1 ligand 1 (PD-L1); **mecapegfilgrastim**, a pegylated recombinant human granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF); and the standard chemotherapy doublet of **gemcitabine** and **cisplatin**. The regimen is designed to provide systemic control and shrink tumors to facilitate surgical resection while preventing chemotherapy-induced neutropenia through hematopoietic support. It is currently being studied in a Phase 2 clinical trial led by The First Affiliated Hospital with Nanjing Medical University.
