Drug intelligence / Profile preview
This is a combination therapy consisting of adebrelimab (an immune checkpoint inhibitor), nab-paclitaxel (a novel solvent-free formulation of paclitaxel), epirubicin (an anthracycline), and cyclophosphamide (an alkylating agent). The combination is being studied for use in neoadjuvant chemotherapy for breast cancer. Nab-paclitaxel followed by epirubicin/cyclophosphamide has demonstrated promising anti-tumor activity and acceptable tolerability in clinical trials for triple-negative breast cancer and other breast cancer subtypes.
