Overview

This is a combination regimen consisting of five agents used in oncology, particularly for the treatment of advanced or metastatic cancers. The components are: - Adebrelimab, a monoclonal antibody targeting PD-L1 (programmed death-ligand 1), functioning as an immune checkpoint inhibitor to enhance anti-tumor immune responses. - Paclitaxel, a microtubule-stabilizing agent that inhibits cell division by preventing microtubule depolymerization. - Carboplatin, a platinum-based chemotherapeutic that induces DNA crosslinking and apoptosis in rapidly dividing cells. - Bevacizumab, a monoclonal antibody against vascular endothelial growth factor A (VEGF-A), inhibiting angiogenesis and tumor blood supply[6][8][10]. - Fluzoparib, an oral small molecule inhibitor of poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase (PARP), which impairs DNA repair mechanisms in cancer cells with homologous recombination deficiencies. This multi-agent regimen combines immunotherapy (adebrelimab), cytotoxic chemotherapy (paclitaxel and carboplatin), antiangiogenic therapy (bevacizumab), and targeted therapy against DNA repair pathways (fluzoparib). It is under investigation for use in advanced solid tumors such as non-small cell lung cancer and gynecologic malignancies.
