adebrelimab + VEX metronomic chemotherapy

Adebrelimab + VEX metronomic chemotherapy is an investigational combination regimen consisting of the PD-L1 inhibitor adebrelimab and a metronomic chemotherapy schedule of oral vinorelbine, cyclophosphamide, and capecitabine (VEX). Adebrelimab is a humanized IgG4 monoclonal antibody that blocks the interaction between PD-L1 and its receptors PD-1 and B7.1, thereby restoring anti-tumor immune responses. The VEX regimen utilizes low-dose, frequent administration of cytotoxic agents to exert anti-angiogenic and immunomodulatory effects while minimizing toxicity compared to standard bolus dosing. This combination is primarily being evaluated in Phase II clinical trials for the treatment of advanced triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC), often in conjunction with radiotherapy, to improve clinical outcomes in patients with limited treatment options.
