adebrelimab + VEX metronomic chemotherapy + concurrent radiotherapy

Adebrelimab + VEX metronomic chemotherapy + concurrent radiotherapy is a combination therapeutic regimen being investigated for the treatment of advanced HER2-negative breast cancer with brain metastasis. The regimen includes **adebrelimab** (Adebry), a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting Programmed Death-Ligand 1 (PD-L1) to enhance anti-tumor immune responses. This is combined with **VEX metronomic chemotherapy**, which consists of oral vinorelbine, cyclophosphamide, and capecitabine administered at low, frequent doses to achieve anti-angiogenic and immunomodulatory effects while minimizing toxicity. The regimen also incorporates **concurrent radiotherapy** (such as SBRT, SFRT, or LDRT) to provide local control of brain lesions and potentially induce abscopal effects. This combination is currently being evaluated in a Phase II randomized controlled trial (NCT06839560) sponsored by the Cancer Institute and Hospital, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences.
