ADEL-301

ADEL-301 is an EphA2-targeting radioconjugate being developed by Aptadel Therapeutics for the treatment of solid tumors. The therapeutic candidate utilizes Aptadel's proprietary RNA aptamer platform to specifically target the Ephrin type-A receptor 2 (EphA2), a cell surface protein that is frequently overexpressed in a variety of solid tumors and is associated with aggressive disease and poor clinical outcomes. By conjugating a radioactive payload to an EphA2-specific aptamer, ADEL-301 is designed to deliver targeted ionizing radiation directly to tumor cells, thereby inducing cell death while minimizing exposure and toxicity to healthy tissues. The program is currently in the preclinical stage and is listed as a partnered asset within the Aptadel/Aptabridge pipeline.
