ADEL-501

ADEL-501 is an investigational aptamer-antisense oligonucleotide (ASO) conjugate developed by Aptadel Therapeutics for the treatment of solid tumors. The therapeutic utilizes a high-affinity aptamer specifically designed to target the Ephrin type-A receptor 2 (EphA2), a cell-surface protein frequently overexpressed in various cancers. By binding to EphA2, the aptamer facilitates the selective internalization and delivery of the ASO payload into tumor cells. Once inside, the ASO is intended to modulate gene expression to inhibit tumor growth.
