Drug intelligence / Profile preview
AdenoMax is an inactivated multivalent vaccine developed by Vaccine Valley to protect poultry, including broilers, layers, and breeders, against Inclusion Body Hepatitis (IBH) and Hydropericardium Hepatitis Syndrome (HHS). These conditions are caused by various serotypes of Fowl Adenovirus (FAdV). The vaccine is formulated with an oil adjuvant to enhance the immune response and provide broad protection against FAdV-associated diseases. It is currently in the preclinical stage of development and is designed to induce active immunity in poultry populations to prevent the significant economic losses associated with FAdV infections.
