ADG10

ADG10 is an investigational **neutralizing monoclonal antibody** against the **SARS-CoV-2 spike protein** that was developed by **Adagio Therapeutics** and later came under **Invivyd** following acquisition. It was designed as a biologic for the **treatment and prevention of COVID-19**, and was also described as a potential **cocktail partner** for ADG20 rather than a broadly commercialized standalone product. Preclinical reports indicated potent neutralizing activity against multiple SARS-CoV-2 variants of concern, including **P.1**, **B.1.351**, and **B.1.1.7**. Development appears to have been **discontinued**.
