ADGN-121 is a preclinical gene editing therapeutic designed to target the KRAS G12D mutation, a common oncogenic driver in several solid tumors. Preclinical studies have demonstrated significant antitumor efficacy in models of pancreatic cancer (PANC-1 xenografts), including overcoming resistance to small molecule KRAS inhibitors like MRTX1133.
