ADGN 123 is an investigational antineoplastic drug developed by Aanastra. It is classified as an oligonucleotide, peptide, and RNA-based therapeutic. The drug is currently in preclinical development for cancer, with preclinical trials in the USA utilizing a parenteral route of administration. Pharmacodynamics and adverse event data from these preclinical trials were presented at the 115th Annual Meeting of the American Association for Cancer Research (AACR-2024) in April 2024.
