Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ADGN-902 is a preclinical-stage peptide-mRNA nanoparticle therapeutic designed to restore BRCA1 tumor suppressor function in BRCA1-mutated cancers, particularly breast cancer. Developed by Aanastra (formerly Aadigen) in collaboration with Divincell, the drug consists of a proprietary BRCA1-derived mRNA sequence complexed with a proprietary short amphipathic peptide nanocarrier. This formulation enables selective delivery and expression of BRCA1 in tumor cells. ADGN-902 specifically targets and reduces the proliferation of cancer cells expressing N-terminal truncated BRCA1.
