Overview

ADI-001 + fludarabine + cyclophosphamide is a combination therapy used investigationally in oncology and autoimmune diseases. ADI-001 is a first-in-class, off-the-shelf, allogeneic γδ T cell therapy genetically engineered with a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) targeting CD20, a protein expressed on malignant B-cells. Fludarabine and cyclophosphamide form the lymphodepleting chemotherapy backbone, administered before infusion of ADI-001 to enhance CAR T cell engraftment and expansion. The combination is being developed primarily by Adicet Bio for relapsed/refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma and multiple autoimmune diseases, including lupus nephritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, systemic sclerosis, and antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody–associated vasculitis[2][3][4][7][8].
