Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**ADI-100** is Aditxt and its Adimune subsidiary's preclinical, DNA-based antigen-specific immunotherapy derived from the Apoptotic DNA Immunotherapy platform licensed from Loma Linda University. The candidate is intended to induce therapeutically induced immune tolerance by suppressing pathological, antigen- and tissue-specific autoimmune inflammation rather than broadly immunosuppressing the immune system. ADI-100 has been described for autoimmune indications including stiff person syndrome, type 1 diabetes mellitus, psoriasis, and multiple sclerosis; Aditxt has publicly stated plans to advance it toward first-in-human studies, initially emphasizing stiff person syndrome.
