ADI-15878

**ADI-15878** is a human monoclonal antibody derived from an Ebola virus survivor, exhibiting potent pan-ebolavirus neutralizing activity against all known ebolavirus species, including EBOV, BDBV, and SUDV. It binds through an induced-fit mechanism to a conserved epitope bridging the internal fusion loop (IFL) and heptad repeat 1 (HR1) region across glycoprotein (GP) protomers, inhibiting GP-mediated membrane fusion. One component of the MBP134 cocktail (with ADI-23774), it has demonstrated protective efficacy as monotherapy in rodent and ferret models and in combination in nonhuman primates, with structural studies revealing unique conformational changes in its CDR H3 loop upon binding.[1][2][3][8]
