Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ADI-212 is an optimized next-generation, gene-edited and cytokine-armored allogeneic gamma delta CAR T-cell therapy candidate targeting the prostate specific membrane antigen for solid tumors. According to Adicet’s July 2025 disclosure, ADI-212 is designed to enhance potency in solid tumors and to deliver additional anti-tumor mechanisms within the tumor microenvironment; in IND-enabling studies it showed improved potency and tumor-cell killing compared with prior alpha-beta and gamma delta CAR T oncology programs. The company prioritized ADI-212 alongside ADI-001 and discontinued ADI-270, positioning ADI-212 as a successor program that builds on exposure/expansion observed clinically with ADI-270.[3][7]
