Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ADI-270 is an investigational, allogeneic off-the-shelf gamma-delta (γδ) chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy targeting B7-H6 (also known as NCR3LG1). B7-H6 is a member of the B7 family of immunoreceptors that is highly expressed on a variety of solid and hematologic tumors—including small cell lung cancer (SCLC), colorectal cancer, and renal cell carcinoma—but is not typically found in healthy tissues. Developed by Adicet Bio, ADI-270 utilizes engineered Vδ1 γδ T cells, which are designed to provide potent antitumor activity and improved tissue homing with a reduced risk of graft-versus-host disease (GvHD). The therapy is armored to enhance its activity in the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment. It is currently being evaluated in Phase 1/2 clinical trials for patients with B7-H6-positive advanced solid tumors.
