Drug intelligence / Profile preview
AdimrSC-2f is a subunit protein-based vaccine developed to prevent Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). It is produced using the baculovirus insect cell expression system and contains the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein as its antigen. The vaccine aims to induce an immune response against SARS-CoV-2, specifically targeting the spike protein, which mediates viral entry into host cells. AdimrSC-2f was developed by Adimmune Corporation and has reached Phase 1/2 clinical trials for COVID-19 prevention[1][2][4][8].
