**Adintrevimab (ADG20)** is an extended half-life monoclonal antibody developed by Adagio Therapeutics for the treatment and prevention of COVID-19. It exhibits potent neutralizing activity against the original SARS-CoV-2 strain and variants of concern (e.g., Alpha, Beta, Delta, Gamma), with mechanisms including direct blockade of viral entry via binding to the spike protein and Fc-mediated effector functions to eliminate infected cells. Evaluated in phase 2/3 trials (STAMP for treatment, EVADE for prevention) in high-risk ambulatory patients with mild/moderate disease or at risk of infection, it demonstrated a 66% relative risk reduction in COVID-19-related hospitalization or death versus placebo in non-Omicron cases, alongside favorable safety, viral load reduction, and sustained serum neutralizing titers.[1][2][4]
