This regimen follows a neoadjuvant phase of stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT), nab-paclitaxel, and toripalimab, and subsequent surgery. It consists of four cycles of the EC regimen, which includes an anthracycline (either epirubicin at 50 mg/m² or liposomal doxorubicin at 30 mg/m²) combined with cyclophosphamide at 600 mg/m², administered intravenously every three weeks. The regimen works by inhibiting DNA topoisomerase II alpha and causing DNA cross-linking, thereby targeting residual micrometastatic disease.
