Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Adjuvant composition A is a tolerogenic adjuvant composition developed as part of a Treg-inducing vaccine for Alzheimer's disease (AD). In preclinical studies, it was shown to mitigate cognitive decline and reduce amyloid-beta (Aβ) deposition in the brains of treated mice. The composition aims to therapeutically reinstate immune tolerance and re-establish immune homeostasis to address neuroinflammation associated with AD.
