**ADM-Dex-ScFv-SA3** is an experimental, hepatocellular carcinoma-targeted immunoconjugate comprising the anti-hepatoma human single-chain variable fragment ScFv-SA3, oxidized dextran T10 linker, and the anthracycline cytotoxic payload adriamycin. The ScFv-SA3 component selectively binds HepG2 hepatocellular carcinoma cells, enabling preferential delivery of the doxorubicin payload. In cell-based assays and HepG2 xenograft mouse models, the conjugate inhibited tumor-cell proliferation and colony formation, suppressed tumor growth, and prolonged survival. It is a preclinical candidate reported by investigators at Central South University for hepatocellular carcinoma.
