Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**ADM03820** is an investigational, fixed 1:1 cocktail of two engineered human anti-SARS-CoV-2 monoclonal antibodies, COV2-2130-YTE-LALA and COV2-2381-YTE-LALA. The antibodies bind non-overlapping epitopes within the receptor-binding domain of the SARS-CoV-2 spike glycoprotein and neutralize viral entry. YTE Fc substitutions were introduced to extend antibody persistence, while LALA substitutions reduce Fc gamma receptor-mediated effector functions. The program was originated from antibodies discovered at Vanderbilt University Medical Center and advanced for intramuscular COVID-19 pre-exposure prophylaxis by Resilience Government Services. A Phase 1 study was completed, while a planned Phase 2/3 prevention study was withdrawn.
