ADP-520

ADP-520 is an investigational autologous T-cell therapy being developed for the treatment of cancers that express CD70, including hematological malignancies such as acute myeloid leukemia (AML), lymphoma, and renal cell carcinoma (RCC). The therapy utilizes TRuC (TCR Fusion Construct) technology to target CD70, a clinically validated antigen with expression largely restricted to certain tumor types and a subset of activated immune cells. ADP-520 incorporates membrane-bound interleukin-15 (IL-15) to enhance T-cell persistence. As of early 2024, the drug remains in preclinical development with no clinical trials initiated. It was originally developed by TCR2 Therapeutics before being advanced by Adaptimmune. In March 2025, Adaptimmune announced it would discontinue further development of this program.
