It is engineered to target the Melanoma-associated antigen 4 (MAGE-A4) and utilizes "Proliferation-Inducing and Migration-Enhancing" (PRIME) technology to co-express Interleukin-7 (IL-7) and C-C motif chemokine ligand 19 (CCL19). IL-7 is intended to stimulate T-cell proliferation and survival, while CCL19 is designed to induce the infiltration of immune cells into the tumor microenvironment. This combination aims to enhance the potency and durability of the T-cell response against various solid tumors.
