Overview

**ADS-8902** is an investigational oral triple-antiviral regimen developed by Adamas for treatment of **Influenza A**, including in immunocompromised patients. It combines amantadine, ribavirin, and oseltamivir. The regimen is intended to suppress influenza through complementary mechanisms: amantadine inhibits the influenza A M2 proton channel, oseltamivir inhibits viral neuraminidase and impairs virion release, and ribavirin contributes broad antiviral activity through intracellular nucleotide depletion and effects on viral RNA synthesis. ADS-8902 was evaluated in Phase 2 studies against oseltamivir monotherapy. ([clinicaltrials.gov](https://clinicaltrials.gov/study/NCT00979251?tab=study))
