Overview

ADSC-SVF-002 is an autologous cell therapy product consisting of a stromal vascular fraction (SVF) derived from a patient's own adipose tissue. The SVF is a heterogeneous population of cells, including adipose-derived stem cells (ADSCs), endothelial progenitor cells, pericytes, and various immune cells, which are isolated from subcutaneous fat harvested via liposuction. Developed by AdiSave, ADSC-SVF-002 is designed to be administered subcutaneously, either alone or in combination with autologous fat, to treat soft tissue defects and promote the healing of chronic or abnormal wounds. The therapeutic mechanism relies on the regenerative and angiogenic properties of the ADSCs and other cellular components within the fraction, which facilitate tissue repair through both direct differentiation and the secretion of trophic factors.
