Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ADSC-TM cells are differentiated cells derived from **adipose-derived stem cells (ADSCs)**, which are induced to express characteristics of **trabecular meshwork (TM) cells**. These cells are used in research as a potential treatment for glaucoma by integrating into the TM tissue to restore its function and maintain intraocular pressure (IOP). They are capable of phagocytosis and respond to dexamethasone stimulation, displaying markers such as **CHI3L1** and **AQP1**.
