Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Adsorbed Acellular DTP-IPV-Hib Combined Vaccine is a pentavalent combination vaccine developed by Beijing Minhai Biotechnology, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shenzhen Kangtai Biological Products. The vaccine is designed to induce active immunity against diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis, poliomyelitis, and invasive infections caused by Haemophilus influenzae type b (Hib) in infants and young children. By combining antigens for five major childhood diseases into a single formulation, it significantly reduces the number of required injections, thereby improving compliance and vaccination coverage. The vaccine is currently in Phase 3 clinical development in China.
