Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ADSPa1-6 is a collection of six bacteriophages (ADSPa1, ADSPa2, ADSPa3, ADSPa4, ADSPa5, and ADSPa6) isolated from human breast milk (HBM) that target *Pseudomonas aeruginosa*. Among these, ADSPa1, ADSPa2, and ADSPa4 are strictly lytic and phylogenetically closely related, while ADSPa5 is predicted to be strongly lytic, ADSPa3 moderately lytic/temperate, and ADSPa6 temperate. These bacteriophages have been studied for their potential to limit bacterial overgrowth of opportunistic pathogens like *P. aeruginosa* in the infant gut.
