Overview

**AdvNeo** is a preclinical recombinant adenoviral tumor-neoantigen vaccine developed in an academic research program at Fujian Medical University. The vector infects dendritic cells and drives expression of selected tumor neoantigens together with CD40 ligand, promoting dendritic-cell maturation and antigen presentation. In mouse studies, it was used to generate neoantigen-loaded dendritic cells within the implantable FAST-LN artificial-lymph-node platform, producing rapid neoantigen-specific T-cell responses and antitumor activity.
