ADX-004

ADX-004 is a preclinical-stage bispecific monoclonal antibody being developed by Adaxion Therapeutics for the treatment of inflammatory diseases, specifically ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease. The therapeutic is designed to simultaneously target and neutralize tumor necrosis factor ligand superfamily member 15 (TL1A) and interleukin-23 subunit alpha (IL-23p19). By dual-targeting these pathways, ADX-004 aims to provide enhanced efficacy and additive clinical remission rates compared to monotherapies. It is engineered using Adaxion's proprietary ADAx platform, which incorporates CD22 ligands onto the biologic to actively eliminate therapeutic-specific B cells, thereby reducing immunogenicity and the risk of anti-drug antibody (ADA) formation. ADX-004 features an extended half-life design and is formulated for subcutaneous administration.
