Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ADX-914-XL is a fully human, half-life-extended monoclonal antibody in preclinical development by Q32 Bio. It is designed as a biobetter of bempikibart (ADX-914) to target and inhibit the interleukin-7 receptor alpha subunit (IL-7Rα). By blocking IL-7Rα, ADX-914-XL dual-inhibits signaling mediated by both interleukin-7 (IL-7) and thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP), which are key drivers of T cell-mediated pathological processes in various autoimmune and inflammatory diseases. Developed using half-life extension technology, ADX-914-XL aims to provide the same clinical activity and safety profile as bempikibart while offering a more convenient, extended dosing schedule.
