ADX40-A20 is a **conjugate vaccine** developed as an experimental immunotherapeutic for B-cell lymphoma in preclinical models. It is created by chemically linking **ADX40**, an agonistic monoclonal antibody against CD40, with **A20-Id**, the idiotype antigen derived from A20 lymphoma cells. The antibody targets and activates **professional antigen-presenting cells (APCs)** through CD40, enhancing the immunogenic presentation of tumor antigen and generating potent anti-tumor immune responses in murine models. Preclinical studies showed that immunization with low doses of ADX40-A20 retards tumor growth and increases survival in mice challenged with A20 lymphoma cells, demonstrating its potential as a vaccine platform for B-cell lymphomas[1][9].
