ADXS-DUAL

**ADXS-DUAL** is an investigational live biotherapeutic immunotherapy developed by Advaxis using a bioengineered, attenuated *Listeria monocytogenes* (Lm) bacterial vector. It secretes fusion proteins combining antigens from HPV-16 and HPV-18 (E7 fused with truncated listeriolysin O, tLLO) to target HPV-associated cancers, particularly metastatic cervical cancer. The Lm platform delivers these antigens directly into antigen-presenting cells, inducing strong T-cell-mediated antitumor immunity, neutralizing regulatory T cells (Tregs) and myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSCs), and breaking immune tolerance in the tumor microenvironment. It represents the second-generation advancement over axalimogene filolisbac (ADXS-HPV), expanding coverage to additional HPV types.[1][3]
