AERO-007

AERO-007 is an investigational nebulized fixed-dose combination of **indacaterol** and **glycopyrrolate** being developed by AeroRx Therapeutics as a potential once-daily maintenance treatment for moderate-to-severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Indacaterol is a long-acting beta2-adrenergic receptor agonist that relaxes airway smooth muscle, while glycopyrrolate is a long-acting muscarinic antagonist that inhibits muscarinic receptor-mediated bronchoconstriction.
